SANTO VINO SPRITZ
IT’S TAKE-NO-PRISONERS DELICIOUS
This spritz is next level with still-strength tequila, raspberry, and citrus. Perfect for summer patios and rooftops.
1.25 oz Santo 110 proof Blanco Tequila
2 oz sauvignon blanc
1 oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz raspberry-grapefruit syrup*
5 oz club soda
*Syrup:
1 qt of water
1 qt of sugar
12 oz raspberry
Peel of 1 Ruby Red grapefruit
HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN
Place all ingredients into Bordeaux glass, garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice.
Bring water with raspberry and grapefruit peels and sugar to a low boil, stir until sugar dissolves and peels and berries have time to steep and become fragrant – five to ten minutes. Remove from heat and strain off solids. Place syrup in refrigerator and store until ready to use. You can also use Monin Raspberry and Grapefruit Syrup and cut the portion in half for the recipe.
