1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR

The Santo Tequila 2026 Sammy Hagar Signed Guitar Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Los Santos LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company, PO Box 18042, Missoula, MT 59808 (“Sponsor”).

The Sweepstakes is administered by PriceWeber (“Administrator”) on behalf of Sponsor.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, managers, members, agents, representatives, and affiliates of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, alcohol beverage licensees, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:

• Scanning the official Sweepstakes QR code displayed on retail point-of-sale materials or digital promotional materials; and

• Completing and submitting the online entry form with all required information, including full name, valid email address, date of birth (for age verification), state of residence, and agreement to these Official Rules.

Limit: One (1) entry per person and per unique email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Duplicate entries or entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, devices, or any automated system will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering or attempting to circumvent entry limits.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:

• One (1) acoustic guitar signed by Sammy Hagar

• Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500

Actual value may vary. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance. If required by law, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the actual retail value of the prize.

Alcohol is not included as part of the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about January 5, 2027 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email within approximately five (5) business days following the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond within that time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The potential winner may be required to complete and return:

• An Affidavit of Eligibility

• Liability Release

• Publicity Release (where permitted by law)

If a selected winner is found ineligible, fails to comply with the Official Rules, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its affiliates’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, and state of residence for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered entries;

• Technical failures of any kind;

• Unauthorized human intervention;

• Printing or typographical errors;

• Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

10. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

11. DISPUTES/ARBITRATION/CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

• Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action;

• Claims shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association;

• The arbitration shall take place in the State of California;

• Entrant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages;

• Entrant waives any right to a jury trial.

All issues and questions concerning construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.santospirit.com.

13. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

If promoted via social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms. By entering, you release those platforms from any responsibility.

14. WINNERS LIST
